TOPFIT Daily Activities --- Heavy Bag and an Upper Table Rock Run
After dealing with business and personal errands and chores this morning, I did a full old school pro boxing match with my heavy bag ......15 x 3 min rounds with 1 min rests.....sure glad it doesn't hit back :)
In the afternoon I did a fun Upper Table Rock run.
