TOPFIT Daily Activities --- Pullups and a Lower Table Rock Hike/Run
After finishing with client sessions today I did a workout of weighted pullups, single arm suspension pullups, chinups and hanging scapular depression/retraction.
Later a friend and I headed out to Lower Table Rock for a sunset hike and run.
