Obesity in early 20s curbs chances of reaching middle age
Young men who are obese in their early 20s are significantly more likely to develop serious ill health by the time they reach middle age, or not even make it that far, suggests research published in the online journal BMJ Open. read more
TOPFIT Daily Activities --- Upper Table Rock Run and a Back/Bi Workout
This morning I got out for a fun Upper Table Rock run....it was still a bit chilly after a near freezing night, but the sun was warming things up by the time I was done.
In the afternoon I did a good workout of weighted chinups, DB rows, DB curls and hanging scapular retraction/depression.
