TOPFIT Daily Activities --- Upper Table Rock Run and Heavy Bag
Due to a timely cancellation today, I had time to work out the little bit of soreness from yesterday's craziness with a fun Upper Table Rock run.  Afterward I spent 30 mins on the heavy bag.
