Back/Bi Workout

It was a busy day, but in addition to a couple of brisk 1/2 mile walks with a client, I also made time for a quick back and bicep workout of weighted pullups, 1 arm suspension body rows, 1 arm and 2 arm suspension bicep curls, and hanging scapular depression/retraction.
