Upper Table Rock Run and a Chest/Tricep Workout

I got out into the sun this afternoon for a great run on Upper Table Rock....it was a nice preview of spring up there.  Afterward, I did a workout of BB bench presses, DB flye/press supersets and suspension tricep extensions.
