Once again the alluring Sirens of the Punisher sang their sweet, sweet song and lured me in to have their way with me. Even though they did surrender their fresh carpet of virgin snow to my 2 feet, as always I had to pay the price and was left spent in a puddle of sweat at the summit.
The slick, snowy, slushy and muddy Bandersnatch also conspired to test my stamina, agility and stability on the way down.
Later I did a workout of weighted pullups, suspension 1 arm alternating pullups and suspension rear delt flyes.
