Kettlebells

A couple of 1/2 mile walks got the day started and later I spent about 45 mins doing KB snatches, KB swings, 1 arm KB overhead squats, SB crunches and SB back extensions......lots of core involvement with all of these exercises. Then a nice 1 hr bike ride rounded out the day.
Well, then I got restless and spent 30 mins on the heavy bag......that's probably it for the day.....maybe....LOL.

OK, your KB overhead squats make me feel slightly better about the leg workout yesterday. I abandoned my plan today for yard work, thanks to the leg workout hangover...I wasn't about to squat or bend over. So I painfully rode the bike for 30 min., and then I hit the heavy bag "old style", 15 3-minute rounds. Don't know what I was thinking. I could barely step over the tub to get in the shower after. Obviously I've been hanging around you way too long!

Awwww shucks......you're just sayin' all that to make me happy (and you should see the shit eatin' grin on my face right now....LOL).
I hope it's all just good ole muscle soreness and nothing in the joints.
I like that old school pro boxing match......60 minutes on the bag....YAY!!!!! I think you're the only one who's actually taken me up on the challenge and has done that......YOU ROCK!!!
