I had another great balance, agility and core stability workout this morning. This time it was an Upper Table Rock run and it was mud instead of ice that made it so slippery.
Later I had 30 minutes free so I did a fun workout of upper and lower body plyos.

The makers of these abdominal exercise machines claim you can burn a lot of calories in one hour of time. You need to keep in mind that the results you get on one of these machines will depend on you.
