Lower Table Rock and an Upper Body Workout

Because of a slow schedule this morning, I had time for a great Lower Table Rock run. I did have to slow down a bit due to a thin layer of ice and snow on much of the trail, but there was an added benefit....it made for an awesome balance, agility and core stability workout.
In the afternoon I had about 1/2 hr before seeing my last client so after a couple of warmup sets I did 3 supersets of BB bench presses and DB rows plus 3 supersets of chinups and ring pushups.
I finished the evening with a couple of brisk 1/2 mile walks with a client.

Some abdominal exercise equipment is poorly designed or made from weak, undependable materials; some can even be dangerous to use. Strained or torn abdominal muscles are incredibly painful, and can put you on the shelf for a long time. Buying poorly designed abdominal exercise equipment is a risk you don’t have to take.
