The Beast and Boxing

2 laps of the Beast and approx. 150 walking lunges started the day and I finished the day with 40 minutes on the heavy bag.

Hi Topfit!
I think I found a compatible beast! I recently started with a new client and see her in her home. I believe the road to her house on top of the hill has to be at least 1 mile long. It curves like crazy and has got to be an incline of 10 the whole way up. My goodness! Oh, but shoot, I can't do any running now. Bummer! Want to come over to Spokane and try it out??!!
