Circuits, Boxing and Jump Rope

After taking care of business today, I did 6 circuits of the following:
BB Thrusters x 5
Pullups x 10
KB Swings x 15
Pushups x 20
SB Crunches x 25
Later I went back out and spent 1/2 hr alternating between jump rope and heavy bag.
