I had to be creative on some days to make time for my workouts, but I managed to piece together a pretty good week of activity. In addition to one rest day, I made time for:2 Table Rock runs
2 Jacksonville Forest Park hikes
1 bench press workout
1 pullup workout
1 squat workout
1 delt/bi/tri workout
2 heavy bag workouts
