Lower Table Rock Hike
It was a perfect day for a Lower Table Rock hike. The rain showers were light and not many other people were on the trail. There were many new sightings of wildflowers and I saw one of the most dense patches of fritillaria recurva I've ever seen.

Yard/Garden Work and a Savannah Loop Run
I was going to take the day off from exercise and get some much needed yard and garden work done....and I did get that done, but the opportunity presented itself to get out in the great weather and do a fun run with a friend on the Lower Table Rock Savannah Loop.

Upper Table Rock Run and a Chest Workout

After a great modeling session which included some tough to hold and energetic poses, I headed out to my gym for a fun leg workout of barbell stepups (12 inch step) and circuits of bodyweight squats, single leg stability ball leg curls and single leg bodyweight calf raises. A little later I still found myself with some residual energy so I headed back out for a 30 minute heavy bag workout.
