The Beast, Bench Press and Heavy Bag

I got the morning started by walking the Beast a couple of times and followed that with about 1/2 hr of bench press and 1/2 hr of heavy bag.

9k Run and Deadlifts

This morning I got out for a chilly 9k run around the hood. In the evening, I spent about 1/2 hr doing deadlifts....moderate and heavy weight, standard and sumo style.
Hope I can still walk tomorrow.

LTR and a Few Walks

My energy was a bit low today, but in addition to 3 warmup/cooldown walks with clients, I hiked Lower Table Rock....I managed to get the hike in during a break in the heavy rain so I didn't get too soaked.

Client Walks and Heavy Bag

I was feeling a bit lazy today, but in addition to a couple of 3/4 mile warmup/cooldown walks with a client, I made time for 30 mins on the heavy bag......that'll have to do for today.

Upper Table Rock and a Few Walks

Today, after a couple of 1/2 mile warmup/cooldown walks with Rob & Wendy and a fun 1/2 mile walk with Hailey, Clista and I spend a couple of hours hiking up Upper Table Rock and exploring the plateau.

Savannah Loop 5k

It was a busy day and I didn't think I'd find or make time for any exercise, but it was so nice out that Clista and I decided to do a 5k run on the Lower Table Rock Savannah Loop. It is a fantastic trail with very mild hills and not many people......Great Run!

Heavy Bag and a Brisk Walk

It was a day for active recovery, so I kept things kind of light with 30 mins on the heavy bag and a brisk 1+ mile walk with Clista.
