It was a busy day, so the only exercise I made time for was a workout of weighted pullups, alternating single arm susp. pullups, susp. rear delt flyes, and hanging scapular depression/retraction.

My day's activities started with a somewhat leisurely hike on the J-Ville Forest Park trails enjoying a bit of Shinrin-Yoku.
Later, I spent some time in my gym doing BB bench presses, alternating DB bench presses, and ring pushups.
