It was another active week which included several brisk walks with clients, lots of yard and garden work (both for myself and to help a friend), plus 1/4 mile of walking lunges with a client......but, I still made time for the following:

5 trail runs/hikes
1 bench press workout
1 pullup workout
1 Tabata workout
1 heavy bag workout

What did you do to stay fit and active this past week?

These activities should be appropriate for their age, be enjoyable and offer variety.  read more
