Pullups, Heavy Bag and X-Trainer

After taking a break yesterday and only doing a 1/2 mile warmup walk with a client, today I hit it a little harder with 1/2 hr of weighted pullups, 1/2 hr on the heavy bag and 1/2 hr on the x-trainer.

The Beast, Lower Table Rock and Bench Press

After walking the Beast a couple of times this morning, I hiked Lower Table Rock in the frigid, frosty fog. Later, in the evening, I did a great bench press workout.

Heavy Bag

Seemed like a good day to keep things light, so all I made time for was 30 mins on the heavy bag.

The Beast, Circuits and Lower Table Rock

Walking the Beast twice got my day started and I followed that with circuits of 25, 20, 15, 10, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 reps of pullups, pushups, squats, SB crunches and SB leg curls. Soon afterward I hiked Lower Table Rock in the frost and fog.

Power Snatches, Power Cleans and Heavy Bag

It turned out to be a fairly busy day, but I made time for some power snatches, power cleans and 30 mins of heavy bag.
Gettin' the new year off to a decent start so far.

Jacksonville Trails

Clista and I spent about 90 mins hiking the Jacksonville Woodlands trails today. Both of our bodies needed a little recovery, so we just had a nice, fairly easy hike instead of running. The trail alternated between being ice and slippery mud, but that just made it more interesting and fun.

1111

To bring in the New Year, since the date is 1/1/11, it seemed like 1,111 pushups was the thing to do. It took about an hour with time to do some bookkeeping, laundry and play on the computer a bit while taking short rests.
